Breakfast

Bread and pancakes in all forms.

Some examples:

- Baghrir: pancake with holes, that absorb the yam or sirup

- Msemen: folded pancakes into squares

- Sfenj: Morrocan donuts

To finish it off:

Vitamine boots with fresh orange juice, or smoothies (avocado is our favorite) and of course several cups of Noos-Noos.

For the Sweettooth

Imagine to walk through the streets and smell the odor of honey and oranges. The sweets are just delicious and are perfect to accompany the coffee. All sorts of pastry, soaked in honey with lots of different spices. If you prefer fresh fruits, they have sometimes a little extra flavor, like oranges with cinnamon. The all-time-favorite: Chebakia or Chebakia, a sesame pastry, made of fried dough dipped in hot flavored honey and orange. It is folded in form of a flower. Popular to eat during Ramadan season.
